A Pair Of Shoes That Fit Not

A Chinese saying goes, 'You do no wear such a big hat if you do not have such a big head!'

I guess it also implies, 'You do not buy such a big pair of shoes if you do not have such big feet!'

My attempt of making the pair of shoes smaller.

Hungover

Exams ended. Great!

What's next? Party with lots of alcohol!

It all started with a very nice dinner and a bottle of wine. Then we moved on to another bar for another bottle of wine. The bar closed too early which forced us to another bar at Crown Casino for more drinks.

The night ended with: 2 bottles of wine. 6 shots. 3 cocktails. 1 gin&tonic. 2 pint of beer.

The morning started with: A MASSIVE HANGOVER!

I slept at 6.30am in the morning, waking up at 8.30am for my first puking session which I thought would make me feel much better. And I actually did! It made me feel so much better that I was hunger for food. I fried luncheon meat (Chinese version of Spam) coated with egg, totally forgot that fried oily food stimulate more nausea! I took a bite of the luncheon meat and straight to the toilet I went...

*BLUEKKKKKKKKK*

And that continued on and off for the whole morning till 1pm!

I could not lie flatly on me bed because I could feel all the blood rushing into my brain. My head was swirling like mad! I had to sit up straight to sleep!

I could not do huge sudden movements. If I were to look from right to left, I had to shift my head bit by bit. If I were to walk from one end to another, I had to take baby steps with standing still moments in between. Otherwise, nauseous feeling would come back and I had to anticipate for another puking session.

In my purple medicine box, I had tempted to take the 5 years expired anti-emetic tablet.

Mu luggage was half packed. My clothes were not washed. It was so freaking miserable.

Nearly gave up on going the Graduation Party as well as the flight home.

But in the end, I was at the party and the flight home.

No more drinking irresponsibly! GAh!

Too Much

Crap!!! I don't think I'll remember this tomorrow.

Certainly, I don't think I'll remember how I won money from the casino.

Procarstination

It always happens!!!!

Before the exams, huge study plans were made.

'Okay... I have three days off before this paper and three days off before that paper. I will study right after I finish my first paper. Wake up early the next day and continue studying. I will complete everything in time with EXTRA time for revision!'

Perfect.

Look what am I doing now?

Ransacking my wardrobe. Trying on clothes to see which one I should dress to impress Bean.

Blasting my laptop volume with Korean songs.

Kill me. Seriously.

Inspection

My landlord is selling the house and it has been opened for inspection for the past 5 times for the last three weeks.

Right now, there are people swarming into my room- in and out, left and right, up and down. I could only get through two slides for my studies till I thought of updating my blog.

It is weird to see strangers walking into the house, scrutinizing every inch of my house. INCLUDING my wardrobe.

And OMG... they are walking in with their shoes! I could track their footsteps that they kindly left on my carpet.

Thank you very much, strangers.

Central Heating

The weather in Melbourne has been utterly crazy. Average temperature is about 13 degrees + strong wind + raining. Is it even winter yet? And just yesterday while I was on my way to work, it was raining hail! Thousands and millions of ice droplets falling down from the sky!

Just recently, my house central heating was spoilt. It was making this loud 'gong-gong-gong-gong' sound whenever we on it. It was as close as to the sound of explosion. A guy had to come over to check what has happened to the central heating. After inspection, he took away the huge heater fan! OMG! I thought he was going to fix it on the spot! Apparently, it was old and all the rubbers/ conveyer belt/ whatever you called it were loose and torn!

Anyhow, the huge heater fan has came back yesterday after a week long. I have the freaking best sleep ever! No more shivering in cold and squirming my little hands under my thighs!

The central heating outlet in my room. My saviour.

Oh, I could finally sit on the toilet seat too. It didn't feel icy cold anymore. =P

I lub my central heating!

This is killing me!

I gonna fail my exams seriously. With such busy schedule juggling between lectures and work and assignments and this stupid illness... I have no time left for studying. OMG!!!!!

I need love, baby.

Lots.

A Matter Of Profesionalism

The total credit in my bank account has just dropped a huge percentage as I have bought my ticket back to Kuala Lumpur yesterday. I am taking the Air Asia economy class. Hopefully I won't end up having deep vein thrombosis!

I plan to visit my hair stylist when I am back for the holidays. A little trim and maybe a little more of something. Like dye or highlight my hair. I am not a fan of dying my hair as my hair turns out to be really dry. I would opt for highlight even though it does dries my hair. I have been missing my red highlighted hair a lot. Like damn bloody a lot. The red highlight that I did about 10 months ago faded, turned into brown and now it kinda looked like some ugly colour. I want to re-highlight my hair with red colour again cause I love it so much!!!

But I have a huge dilemma. Will it affect the reputation of my work? I was told that as a professional, I should have a clean look. Having only red highlighted hair looks damn clean what! No meh? How now? I really love my red highlighted hair!! Personally, I don't think my boss mind. What I am worried more is my customers. What if they don't trust what I say because of my hair colour?! Ok this reads a bit ridiculous. More of, what if they don't trust what I say because I don't look professional because of my red highlighted hair? Sigh... sounds the same. Still reads ridiculous. But it made a lot of sense when my friend explained it to me! It sounded damn a lot of sense.

Would you trust a pharmacist with red highlighted hair?

Permanent Residency

The thought of applying for permanent residency in Australia is giving me a big headache and concern.

Should I get a lawyer or do the application myself?
Getting a lawyer would be the easiest BUT the cost of it is a BOMB!

Where should I do my IELTS?
I thought of doing IELTS back home IF I am going back to KL for holiday for a week in July. The problem is it is too close to my exams and I am not too sure I will be able to prepare well for it! Or I might not even able to get leave from my work to go back home for holidays to see my Bean.

I have no idea why I am not planning to do my IELTS here. Maybe I should. Time to recruit friends. WHO WANTS TO TAKE IELTS WITH ME???

Point of 7 for every section with an average of 7! OMG!!! The last time I actually wrote an essay was 4 years ago? This is crazy man. All I know how to write is factual direct stuff. Like.. if this occurs, then it will inhibit this. THE END! This is going to be crap!

When should I take the driving test?
Another mafan thing to do. I need to sit for driving test again in order to get a local license here. This time no more easy way out.

And a lot more other questions that haven't come to my mind yet. Not forgetting the money that I need to spend on all these. *puke*

Save me!

Opinions anybody?

Sleep Deprivation

Sleep deprivation has been an issue for me since I came back to Melbourne. I am living in Malaysia time. Sleeping at times when people are waking up to start their day. Waking at times when people are soundly asleep at night.

No doubt, yawning has been my biggest trend in lectures.

*kills self*

****

Bean sent me a message telling me how happy he was because he had thought of something to trick me.

Trick me what? I don't know. But isn't he cute? Sigh... I miss him.

Anyway, I hope I am alert enough to catch his little act of sly.

Pre-Pre Leaving Syndrome

Bulls Eye

In the midst of updating my blog yesterday, I unconsciously blinked my eyes too many times than the usual. When I realised I had been doing that, there was an uneasy feeling felt on my left eye. I checked myself in the mirror to found out my left eye were rather disgustingly bulged!

The whole of white part of my left eye, more definite: the sclera bulged out.

I freaked out.

I sheepishly woke my mum who was sound asleep...

Me: Mum!!!!!!
Mum: What?
Me: Come here!! You look at my eye!!!!
Mum: Oh... it will subside by tomorrow.

And she went back to sleep.

Mum said it was due to allergy. Gosh... she knows more than me. Sometimes I wonder who is the pharmacist?

My eyes are still red now. This caused me not being able to wear contact lenses. I have to wear glasses. =( I hope I don't meet anyone I know in the mall. My friends. Bean's friends. In case, they think Bean has an ugly girlfriend. Wahaahhahaa...

Time to rest my precious eyes.

Ugly Foot

WARNING: GRUESOME LOOKING PICTURE AHEAD.

Last few days, I was wearing my heels and took a darn long walk along Yarra River. Resulting in having a very sore feet. A bump started growing under my feet because of too much pressure on that area. Just yesterday, the bump turned out to be like some watery 'boil'. Don't exactly know the exact term but yah... imagine a little bump with water inside. I don't know what to do with it except to poke it! After I poke it, I had fun cutting out the skin.

Now my freaking foot looks like this...

.
.
.
.
.
.

And it freaking HURTS!!!

Worst thing is, I will be wearing heels later. To catch the flight home.

It will be hurting. But anything for beauty!

Crime Scene In My House

I was stuck in the plane for more than seven hours and my legs were started to cramp. I was then stuck in the airport for more than two hours for the freaking custom to clear our luggages. Nine flights arrived at the same time but yet they could take the time to scan through every luggage. I finally landed my foot on my apartment ground having the thought I could lay my head on the pillow that I have left untouched for the last three months until I saw this...

The balcony doors were swung wide open with a huge hole clearly had been broken by human. Shattered glasses filled the balcony ground.

Bloody shit!!!!!! Which freaking idiot broke into my house????

We checked our rooms with wardrobe doors flying open and drawers being opened. Stuff were messed up and I couldn't help thinking how awfully disgusting it was that the idiot rambled through my clothes touching my undergarments. I felt being touched indirectly. Yuckssssss!!!!

Gosh... everything was putting me away from my bed! The custom. The freaking idiot!

We rushed to the police station to make a police re
port. The last place I ever imagined I would ever need to be in! 'We will send a crime scene unit over later in the day!', the police said. Wahlaueh... I thought this only happens in movies! Probably because back home I have only heard of 'ini berlaku tiap-taip hari! apa boleh buat? susah nak tangkap ni...'

I was more of expecting the crime scene unit to be
like...

But to my disappointment only one police arrived. However, he arrived with his 'box' and a cool SLR camera. Though I sound jakun, I was very much amazed with the clicking sound of his camera flash when he snapped my house the crime scene. It sounded professional! He then took out a bottle of powder together and a brush to dust for some fingerprints on the knobs. We couldn't help it but to stare at the way he worked. Amazing stuff.

Total lost were:
-Playstation 2 (No more Winning 11!)
-Two Guess handbags (Geez... is not even Gucci or LV! IDIOT!!!!)
-Two pair of old. smelly. Nike shoes (Cheapskate!)
-Old watches (Housemate's)
-CK perfume (Housemate's)
-Printer inks

Arrrghhh... I hope the idiot chokes to death when he eats tofu!

P/S: 22 more days.

How To Change A Punctured Tyre?

1. You detected one of your car tyres is flat while unloading your shopping stuff into the car.

2. Open the car trunk to clear all the stuff because the spare tyre is in there (DUh!). Whoever never cleans their car trunk and has so many stuff in it deserves a knock on the head!

Files... Bags... Telekom??? Loads of letters... Modem??? Non-working emergency lamp...

3. Use the wheel brace to unscrew the nat to
unlock the spare tyre.

4. Use a screwdriver or whatever app
ropriate with a flat head to uncap the hub cap.

5. Fit the wheel brace head into one
of the nats and unscrew it anticlockwise. NOT CLOCKWISE! Step on it of you have to.

6. After fifteen minutes of trying but yet the nat is still tight in place, holler for help. There might be a nice guy to help you out.

7. If another twenty minutes have passed and you have sweat out the poor guy yet the nats are still tight, what do you do?

a) Try again!
b) Call for another help.

NOOOOOO! Not (a)!!! DO NOT ATTEMPT TO UNSCREW THE NAT AGAIN! I repeat DO NOT! You are wasting energy! The nat won't get loosen! You don't want to spend another half hour in the hot car park to sweat more do you???

You choose........ (b)!!!!!!!!!! That's right!!!!!!!!

In our case, we called my dad.

Things needed to be stated to the fella
on the phone that:-
a) the car tyre is punctured and we are unable to unscrew the nat
b) there is a possibility the nat might be rusted

8. Wait for the rescue team to arrive with the essential WD-40.

9. Spray some WD-40 onto the nats. Best invention I tell you! And it cost less than RM10.00! Who says cheap things are never good things?

10. Unscrew the nats again!

11. Jack up the car.

12. Replace the spare tyre, tighten back the nats and unjack the car.

And VOILA...

In merely TEN MINUTES!
