Traders Hotel

I am suppose to be practicing my IELTS writing but I guess writing an entry for my blog is still consider practicing my writing? I was too tempted not to blog about my second anniversary celebration with Bean when I browsed through the pictures.

Bean bought me something he never thought he would...

As a return, I booked a night at Traders Hotel for us to spend some lovely time together.

The reason I chose Traders Hotel was because it was smacked right in the middle of the city. We wanted to spend some time at the Sky Bar as well. The price was pretty reasonable compared to other surrounding hotels. The room was modern, clean and the service was excellent!

Our celebration started off with having a nice dinner at Hajime. My favourite cuisine- Japanese. Hajime and us go way back. But more on this later...

When we checked into Traders Hotel, I was given a hand bouquet of roses! They were so pretty! Sadly, I couldn't bring it back to Melbourne! =( Actually, I told them the reason I booked this room is for anniversary celebration and it is a surprise for my 'fiance'! Wahahahaha... It was bullshit. I was just trying my luck for some complimentary stuff! =P But anyway, they were great! They organized a chocholate fondue in our room with a lovely card.

Ms Chan Kit Ling & Spouse. Tee hee...

Anyway, the fondue was so good! Bean was in love with the chocholate chip cookies!

They even decorated the tables and bathtubs with rose petals. The room was dimly lit with yellow lights. So romantic!! I couldn't help it but started taking pictures with Bean.

The night was just simple. We headed to Sky Bar for a couple of drinks enjoying each others company. Times like this are precious to us because we don't exactly have much time together. I guess long distance relationship makes you cherish more of the limited time.

Our celebration ended with breakfast in bed and the movie, 'Never Been Kissed'.

Waking up next to the person you love is the sweetest thing.

Happy 2nd Anniversary Baby!
