Have You Love Someone Today?
This post was drafted 7 months ago. I wasn't planning to post it up because I thought most people would not understand what I wrote. But reading this back today, it reminded me many of the wonderful things Bean and I went through. Especially times like this when our relationship is at a very tense stage.
++++++++++
"I Love You"
3 words. 8 letters.
It is simple yet the most meaningful phrase.
That's at least how I feel.
There are times when saying I love you is the most hilarious thing you ever did...
On the phone with Bean when he is in the office...
Me: Alright... Happy working! I LOVE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!
Bean: Hhahahahahaa...
Me: What? I said, I LOVE YOU!!!
Bean: DITTO!
And both us will crack into laughters.
Or sometimes after ending a conversation with Bean, I would receive a message...
'YOOOO! No 'I Love You' one??????????'
I would start to giggle non-stop and my friends would be wondering what is wrong with me?
What exactly is so funny? I don't know. Maybe it is just a situation where it belongs to Bean and I. And the word 'ditto' totally make sense of what he is trying to say...
Sometimes when I am so mad at him, he ends the conversation with 'I Love You, baby!' And inside me went like... OMG!! You are not suppose to do this things when I am so mad at you. I am suppose to be angry at you. Not having this warm fuzzy feeling in me!!! No... I am still mad at you. I don't wanna say it!' And I ended up replying... 'I love you too...' It is a powerful phrase. It is like a magic phrase to all the unsolvable problems you have. When this magic phrase works, that's when you know you are truly in love with this person because regardless of how angry you are, you cannot but to give in to those 8 letter words.
Have you love someone today? Go ahead and plant the warm fuzzy feeling in that special someone.
I Love You, Bean.
UPDATE: Bean and I are doing fine. As loving as forever.

HaChewwww
I am not exactly sneezing. Just having nasal congestion. Bad one which I really need to sleep and rest.
This is killing me!
I gonna fail my exams seriously. With such busy schedule juggling between lectures and work and assignments and this stupid illness... I have no time left for studying. OMG!!!!!
I need love, baby.
Lots.

Cecconi's Cantina
Boyfriend has just updated one of our fine dining experience. I better update too before he starts complaining that I never update.
During Bean's short trip to Melbourne this year, we had another fine dining experience. This time was Italian. As usual, we heard about this place from Miss Vanity. She is some sort of walking food directory. Ask her and she can name you million of great places to dine. Of course great place comes with a great price tag.
Cecconi's Cantina has one of the best ambiance compared to all other great restaurants I had been to. The restaurant was quiet. So quiet that I felt like I should whisper when I talk in case someone else could hear me if I ever talk in my normal volume. With modern layout of the restaurant, directly looking into their clean kitchen with the aroma swirling out. Oh gosh, what a great way to stimulate the nose receptors! And perfectly dimmed with yellow lights bringing out the romantic mood in us.
PRIMI: Caramelised seared scallops, savoy cabbage puree, chives & ginger
After repeated episodes of watching Hell's Kitchen, I couldn't help but to order some seared scallops as appetizer. It was so damn freaking succulent. The ginger gave a bang in the flavours!
AUD 28
PIATTI PRINCIPALI #1: Duck two ways - pan fried breast, confit leg & lentil ragu with brussel sprout salad
My main course. What can I say about this? Little pink duck that tasted so succulent! Brussel sprout never tasted so good in my life! I would lick the plate if I could. But in a fine dining restaurant, I guess I better show some elegance! =P
AUD 39
PIATTI PRINCIPALI #2: Scotch fillet of beef, mushrooms, shallot jam & gremolata
Bean's main course. That came with a funny conversation!
Waiter: How would you like your steak?
Bean: Medium well.
Me: NO! MEDIUM RARE!
Waiter: Oh... that's a big difference!
Me: Medium rare!
Waiter: Oh... I guess you have to follow the lady's choice.
Poor Bean. =P
And while we were walking out of the restaurant, the waiter said, 'Medium rare! Not medium well!' Haha... wasn't the waiter funny?
Oh back to the steak, so it was perfectly grilled to medium rare. The mashed potatoes that came with it was smooth and creamy. Yum!
AUD 42
DOLCI: Chilled blood plum soup, yoghurt sorbet & pistachio tuille
I love this dessert! I love this dessert! So did Bean! So did Bean! I can't say much about this dessert... you really have to try it yourself! Yoghurt sorbet melting along with chilled plum soup... so damn good!!! Baby!!!! Faster come here again!!!!
AUD 16
Tip #1: Order a glass of wine or two. Goes well with the food. And certainly the environment. I have a thing with wine and fine dining. Those two come hand in hand.
Tip #2: Take picture! Of YOURSELF! Not the food damnnit. We were so shy, we did not take a picture of ourselves in the beautiful restaurant! =(
The end of our fine italian dining came with quite a heavy price tag. But the quality and service of the food made it so worth it. And I guess the most important is the company that made it all worth while.

FML
A conversation came across at work,
Me: Hey... what's FML?
Pharmacist: Flourometholone
Me: NOOO!!!
Pharmacist: Huh? No?
Me: Is F**K MY LIFE!!
I found it funny because this whole FMyLife.com has been such a hit.
But Bean kinda killed my joke when I told him this.
He was like 'I don't understand your industry joke!' -_-

Feed My Baby
While waiting for my housemate to meet me at Melbourne Central, I spent my time at Borders because that was the only shop open at that time (6.30pm).
I ended up buying this book.
A cook book.
The whole idea of me buying the cook book is because of Bean.
I have a goal.
That is to learn to have more versatility in my cooking skills so that I can cook great meals for my man.
Honestly, the idea of cooking dinner for Bean every night and he coming home every night to eat my dinner excites me.
Call me conventional. But that's the way I like it to be.

Last Few Hours Of Sunday
I am just enjoying my last few hours of the Sunday sitting on my bed doing nothing on my laptop. Probably watch some show later.
Going back to placement tomorrow is so damn bloody dreadful. The thought of the one hour plus journey on the tram and train makes me go bonkus! The waking up at 6.45am makes me wanna kill myself. Who in the world wakes up so early? I know... most of the working population. =(
I want a longer weekend to sleep in!!!
Where is my boyfriend? In the morning I lost him in some mountains. He busy playing water at some waterfall. Hopefully not with other girls! And now I lost him in some family dinner!
Go home quick!! I wanna talk to you. Topics like how many carats diamond ring you should buy for me. 3 maybe? *doe eyes*
Oh... next weekend please be here by tomorrow!

A Matter Of Profesionalism
The total credit in my bank account has just dropped a huge percentage as I have bought my ticket back to Kuala Lumpur yesterday. I am taking the Air Asia economy class. Hopefully I won't end up having deep vein thrombosis!
I plan to visit my hair stylist when I am back for the holidays. A little trim and maybe a little more of something. Like dye or highlight my hair. I am not a fan of dying my hair as my hair turns out to be really dry. I would opt for highlight even though it does dries my hair. I have been missing my red highlighted hair a lot. Like damn bloody a lot. The red highlight that I did about 10 months ago faded, turned into brown and now it kinda looked like some ugly colour. I want to re-highlight my hair with red colour again cause I love it so much!!!
But I have a huge dilemma. Will it affect the reputation of my work? I was told that as a professional, I should have a clean look. Having only red highlighted hair looks damn clean what! No meh? How now? I really love my red highlighted hair!! Personally, I don't think my boss mind. What I am worried more is my customers. What if they don't trust what I say because of my hair colour?! Ok this reads a bit ridiculous. More of, what if they don't trust what I say because I don't look professional because of my red highlighted hair? Sigh... sounds the same. Still reads ridiculous. But it made a lot of sense when my friend explained it to me! It sounded damn a lot of sense.
Would you trust a pharmacist with red highlighted hair?
