Bean @ Melbourne Part 1

Bean was over to Melbourne for a short holiday of a total of ten days. It was great having him here seeing how I live and having the oppurtunity to show him how Melbourne actually looks like. Before long we were together as a couple Bean said that he would like to visit Melbourne someday and I said, 'Come lar next year... I give you free accommodation!' And he actually did keep his promise coming here but with a different status- boyfriend. =D

1. Beijing Hot Pot at Chinatown: Super love it especially during cold days. $19 for all you can eat! Comes with choice of soup of 'ma lat' (very spicy soup) and chicken soup, sauces that are totally different from the ones in KL (my recommendation is peanut sauce+XO sauce+sesame oil!) and a huge range of meat!

2. Roadworks on Flinders St that amazed my boyfriend so much that he needed to stop by to catch a picture of it.

3. A huge fake purse on Bourke St: I asked Bean to snap a picture with it the previous day but he refused to! I had to persuade him take a picture with the purse on the following day when it was 7.00am in the morning with no one on the street!

4. Docklands: Beautiful expensive apartments overlooking privately owned yachts docked.
Me: Baby... when we are rich you buy one for me and name the yacht after me okie? I want those damn nice one with double deck!
Bean: See first ler...
Me: -_-

5. Puffing Billy Train Ride: It is an Australia's century old train ride that goes 'tooo... tooo....'! The conventional and best way to enjoy the train ride is to have your leg dangling out of the train. The funniest thing was to see old woman rushing into the train cart to get a place to sit on the wood pane so that she could have her legs dangled out too! I was pretty bored after five minutes of the train ride when my ass started to hurt!

6. Warook Cattle Farm: Bean was feeding the baby cow with a huge milk bottle. Could you see the droplets of milk in the picture? It is actually the saliva from the baby cow. Uggh... Is disgusting! There was this part where they allowed us to milk the cow using the conventional way. That was to use the 'lock and squeeze' technique. The ermmm tits/nipples were pretty soft and warm. =D

7. Warook Cattle Farm: Kelpie Dog. Super cute and super smart! It is great to see how he works in chasing the sheeps. There was this particular sheep that did not want to move, he said no sorry and gave a bite on the sheep's leg!

8. Warrok Cattle Farm: Sheep shredding. It took quite an effort for the man to handle the stubborn sheep. Apparently if the sheeps are not shred, they will not grow. So, we are shredding the sheeps for their sake NOT because we want their wool! We are doing them a favour aren't we?

9. Koala Conservation Centre: The only closest Koala we saw that day. And all it did was sleep, sleep and sleep! Koalas sleep three quater of the days to conserve energy. Yea right! Just say they are lazy!

10. Phillip Island: The only thing you do there is to freeze yourself to wait for the penguins to get out of the water and walk back to their home. Fine... the penguins were quite cute in the sense that they look like they were going to fall when they walk because their bottoms are a bit too big for their feets to support! =P

11. Waterfront @ Crown: Oooooooo... I love oysters! We ordered a dozen of oysters but they only gave us eleven! Con our money!!! Oh... try the stir fry crabs in wok with noodles! That's my favourite dish at Waterfront!

12. Crown: They were having some picture displays of famous chefs. The few out of the lot that I know were Jamie Oliver, Anthony Bourdain and Gordon Ramsay. Bean thinks that this picture was the nicest. I bet it was because Anthony Bourdain is naked and he is only holding a piece of bone to cover his private parts! =P

13. Crown: Crown has this flame show thingy with a total of 8 torches I think. The five minute show compromises of different coordination of small flames and the a super huge flame where you can feel the heat eventhough you are 500 metres away from the torch. They were meant to do something with the feng shui. I am not too sure if it works for feng shui but I sure know Crown is bloody rich to do this every night!

14. Crown: Bean posing at the entry to the Crown Casino. We went in and wasted $5 on the slot machine! I simply press only actually! Maybe that was the reason we lost! Hmmm...
