The white stuff is not on my face. The mirror is dirty! Dress from Portsman.Reason I should buy:
1) It is very pretty.
2) It fits me well.
3) I do not have a black and white flowery dress.
4) I like it.
Reason I should not buy:
It costs $140!
Buy or don't buy??????????
Sigh... This is harder than choosing husband.

BUY! coz in every life issue, there will be both pros and cons so its up to us to weigh out the pros n cons n see which is more.... It is sooo obvious that the pros are more for this one.... and u forgot to add, it will make u happy =)
